Whether you're an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step or already working as an Assistant Service Manager, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a dealership that values its people. Duties Welcome customers and make sure they have a great service experience from start to finish. Help the Service Manager keep the department running smoothly every day. Work closely with technicians to keep repairs moving and customers informed. Write repair orders, prepare estimates, and explain recommended services. Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care. Support and encourage the service team while helping create a positive work environment. Help keep the department organized, efficient, and focused on great customer service. Jump in wherever needed—we believe great teamwork makes all the difference! Experience Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or in a similar automotive service role. Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building relationships. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment. Mechanical knowledge is helpful, but you don't have to be a technician.
