Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service, Sales, and Deliveries Provide exceptional customer service through positive, professional, and proactive customer interactions. Deliver and pick up merchandise weighing up to 75lbs. Handle product deliveries while addressing customer inquiries about products, payments, and services. Manage customer accounts with a focus on retention and relationship building. Answer phone calls professionally in accordance with company policies. Operations Support Partner with the Store Manager on account management initiatives and daily operations Contribute to team and company performance goals Multitask effectively across various accounts and responsibilities Maintain an active, mobile presence on the sales floor with minimal desk time Ideal Candidate Profile Bilingual is a PLUS, but not required for this position. Previous sales or customer service experience. Career-oriented, with a professional customer service mindset. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. Self-motivated with high energy and initiative. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
