While marketing and content creation are important parts of the role, the primary focus is helping families find the right puppy and creating an exceptional customer experience. This position will be rewarded with commision, bonuses, and performance incentives. Base pay starts at $19

• 21 per hour, with target earning $45,000
• 60,000+ annually.

What You'll Do Assist families through the puppy selection and purchasing process Build relationships with customers and create an exceptional experience Follow up with prospective customers and existing puppy families Participate in puppy sales and financing discussions Plan and coordinate in-store and mall events (puppy yoga, educational sessions, promotions, community events) Build relationships with mall management and local businesses Create and post social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories) Capture daily content in-store (puppies, customers, behind-the-scenes) Manage and send email and text campaigns to our customer database Create one educational video per month highlighting puppy care, training, veterinary care, breeders, and behind-the-scenes operations Maintain a clean, organized, and positive store environment What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking with people Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and guide customers through a purchase decision Organized and able to follow through on tasks Creative eye for content and social media Comfortable using (or learning) email and text marketing systems Reliable and consistent—this role requires strong communication and follow-through Comfortable working in a retail sales environment Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience preferred
