We're opening our newest Rogers Market location, and we're hiring for every single position on the team. We're hiring for: General Manager Assistant Manager Shift Leader Guest Service Associate Food Service Manager Assistant Food Service Manager Kitchen Lead Kitchen Associate Why our team stays: Real advancement. Multiple locations across Florida means real ladders, not lateral moves. Full-time or part-time — your call. We staff mornings, days, evenings, weekends and overnight, with steady full-time schedules available and real flexibility for part-time team members within our store's schedule. Full training provided. No convenience store experience? If you've got hustle and you're great with people, we'll teach the rest. What we're looking for: A genuinely friendly, guest-first attitude — this is the whole job Reliability and pride in your work Willingness to learn our systems and standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet 18+ for most positions; management roles require prior supervisory experience Food service and management roles: ServSafe certification required (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a background check Reliable transportation Ready to be part of something new?
