Greene Insurance Agency, Inc. is a family-owned independent insurance agency that has served Adel and South Georgia since 1967. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized individual to join our team. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, depending on the applicant's experience and availability. We welcome applicants seeking a permanent, full-time career as well as those interested in part-time employment.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to existing policyholders. Handle billing, payments, deposits, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with insurance renewals and policy changes. Prepare personal and commercial insurance quotes. Answer phones and assist customers with questions. Maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications:

Previous insurance, banking, or office experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Good computer and organizational skills. Experience with an insurance agency management system is a plus.
