The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our establishment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and storage spaces. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and daily operations. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Provide product demos and assist customers with inquiries to enhance their experience. Supervise junior staff members, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and operational procedures. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management. Address customer service issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash management. Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
