Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing retail sales team Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement Manage payroll, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising, and inventory management to optimize stock levels and product presentation Monitor store performance through retail math analysis, budgeting, and sales management metrics to meet or exceed targets Foster a positive work environment by supervising shift schedules, conducting performance reviews, and promoting teamwork Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles Demonstrated success in retail sales management including merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer service Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or wireless sales is preferred Organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks Leadership qualities that inspire confidence while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and operational planning Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership will shape an energetic retail environment dedicated to excellence.
