What You'll Do You'll own the client relationship from a service and operational perspective, helping ensure both our clients and providers are successful. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, department leaders, physicians, and advanced practice providers. Conduct regular on-site visits to client facilities and lead quarterly client service meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with providers and hospital leadership to improve communication, workflows, and overall program performance. Analyze key performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Partner with Human Resources and Recruitment to support provider and administrative staff onboarding. Lead, coach, and develop assigned administrative support staff, fostering accountability and professional growth. Monitor staffing needs and work collaboratively across departments to support client success. Facilitate provider onboarding activities, including orientations, facility tours, and access coordination. Work with Revenue Cycle Management, Quality, and Documentation teams to identify and resolve site-specific issues. Maintain detailed documentation within the CRM and help ensure clear communication across the organization. Champion Integritas' mission, culture, and commitment to service excellence. Experience and Skills Needed Five or more years of healthcare experience. Experience building and managing healthcare client relationships. Experience assessing client needs and implementing solutions. Prior leadership or management experience leading teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong conflict resolution and relationship management abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and electronic health record systems. Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and discussions with healthcare stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
