Full Job Description Title:

Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detailed individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator. We are Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, and we don't just give our patients amazing smiles, we give them confidence! Dental experience is not a must for this role; your passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to be a team player is what we are looking for! Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling of appointments, and confirming patient visits. Assist with patient intake, registration, and check-in process. Ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate. Partner with the clinical team to optimize appointment scheduling and patient flow. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our family-focused and friendly culture. Handle patient inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face-paced environment.
