This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinates with vendors, Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, and Quality to ensure timely and accurate return processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage RMA/return requests from intake through closure. Communicate directly with customers regarding return status, pricing, repair estimates, warranty decisions, and disposition. Create and maintain Sales Orders, Return Authorizations, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Return Authorizations in NetSuite. Coordinate directly with vendors to obtain RMA numbers, warranty determinations, and repair information. Track open cases and proactively follow up with customers and vendors. Coordinate returned-material receiving, disposition, and shipping with Warehouse. Partner with Accounts Receivable on credits, invoices, and vendor payments. Maintain accurate documentation to support Quality tracking and corrective actions.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. 1-3+ years of customer service, order processing, purchasing, logistics, or RMA coordination experience. Strong customer/vendor communication and organizational skills. NetSuite or comparable ERP experience strongly preferred. #

GRPA Pay:
