Job Summary We're looking for a highly organized Warranty & Customer Service Administrator with great communication skills and excellent follow-up habits. You'll manage warranty claims and customer service requests while keeping everything accurate in spreadsheets. No technical expertise is required — we just need someone with a strong willingness to learn . What You'll Do Manage warranty claims and customer service requests from start to finish Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Track and update information in spreadsheets and other systems Follow up consistently to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner Learn our products, processes, and tools as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized Great communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage a spreadsheet and keep records accurate Excellent follow-up habits No technical expertise needed, but must have a willingness to learn Reliable and proactive approach to customer issues Compensation $30 per hour , plus the opportunity to earn commission based on a percentage of warranty savings you help generate.

Pay:

$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
