In this role, you will coordinate scheduling, manage communication between service technicians and customers. Your proactive approach will help optimize the most efficient schedules possible. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and ability to learn fast will be key to success Duties Coordinate scheduling between customers and service technicians. Manage multiple markets and relaying critical information through our crm. Ensuring the Service Technicians have all the proper information in order to be successful. Communicate effectively with Service technicians and customers , and internal teams via phone calls, internal communication channels, and email to facilitate smooth operations. Build daily schedules that provide efficiency and smooth work flow. Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail a must. Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer service interactions within fast-paced settings.
