We're looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day client service and account management. We're a small, relationship-focused agency. This is not a call center environment. We want someone who enjoys getting to know clients, solving problems, and following things through from start to finish. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts Handle policy changes, billing questions, mortgagee requests, and carrier correspondence Work through underwriting issues, cancellations, non-pay situations, and other client needs Review renewals and identify accounts that need additional attention Identify cross-sell and remarketing opportunities Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers by phone and email Maintain accurate account notes and follow open items through to completion Work with the agency team on more complicated coverage and client situations Help us improve workflows and make smart use of new technology What We're Looking For Personal lines insurance experience, ideally 3+ years Independent insurance agency experience preferred Massachusetts insurance license preferred Strong knowledge of personal auto and homeowners insurance Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of client issues Comfortable learning new systems and technology Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership. Compensation:
