Service Manager Mercedes-Benz of Bloomfield Hills is seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department and deliver an exceptional ownership experience for every guest. The Opportunity As Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure our customers receive the level of professionalism and care expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department Develop, coach, and motivate service advisors and technicians Drive department performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and repair order efficiency Ensure exceptional communication and customer service throughout the repair process Work closely with parts, sales, and dealership leadership to maintain smooth operations Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and safety requirements Analyze department performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience required Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer-service abilities Proven ability to manage department performance and profitability Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive experience is a plus Why Join Us?
