This role offers a unique opportunity to help grow an established brand by managing the customer service team. This is an on-site role that reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing. Fundamental product and manufacturing experience in a customer service environment is expected. In addition, this individual needs to be able to effectively communicate and solve complex customer issues while still providing an excellent customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Customer Service

• Effectively manage the group of (5) quoting/order entry and customer service team members to ensure sales and CS have consistent messaging to our customer base. The ability to understand and own the order entry process. Customer Resource
• Be a key resource helping customers with needed information on orders, ship dates and required information from operations. Customer Issues
• Manage the entire process and create clear SOP's and procedures for team members when resolving these issues. Create a sense of urgency to ensure the team is responding in a timely manner. New Products
• Help monitor the product line, investigate gaps and identify new opportunities for the company. Marketing
• Assist the VP of Sales with the FLM marketing program. Give creative ideas on social media, company website, eblasts, flyers & literature to educate and enhance the customer experience. Data
• Assist with creating metrics for management and sales.

Competitor Analysis. Conduct customer interviews and provide valuable feedback to sales and management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent industry experience will be considered Preferably 3-5-years or more experience providing product in the commercial door or construction industry Excellent software skills with ERP systems, Excel, Word. Google suite of products is beneficial Ability to develop and utilize KPI's to drive results Strong verbal and written communication skills Direct customer interface experience required Experience managing people is preferred Highly organized Strong mathematical and data analysis skills Negotiation skills

Pay:

$65,000.00
