Proven experience in personal lines insurance, specifically with quoting and policy servicing. Familiarity with various insurance carriers and their underwriting guidelines. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to help clients. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in agency management systems and standard office software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Process new business applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately. Provide quotes from multiple carriers, explaining coverage options clearly to clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs. Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client transitions and support sales efforts. Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to best serve our clients.
