Position:

Customer Service Account Manager This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction after the sale. Responsibilities also include completing post-installation paperwork and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.

Position Offer:

Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments Call homeowners after installation to perform post-installation follow-ups Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction Complete final paperwork and obtain approvals Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed

Required Skills:

Strong phone sales and customer service skills; Home Improvement Industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to clearly explain products and services Detail-oriented with paperwork and documentation
