What You'll Do:

Greet customers over the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments Answer questions and provide clear information about services, timing, and what customers can expect Keep customer and appointment information accurate and up to date Assist with appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling needs Follow up with customers as needed to help ensure a positive experience Work closely with the team to keep the day running smoothly

Compensation:

The starting hourly pay range for this position is $16.00-$18.00+ per hour and will be evaluated based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
