Job Description

FLAS Community Education:

ISI Skating Supervisor The ISI Skating Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing all ice skating classes for FLAS Community Education. This role ensures a safe, engaging and high-quality experience for skaters of all ages and skill levels while managing the class curriculum and staff. Key Responsibilities Program Management Coordinate skating lessons and end of year skating show Evaluate and improve programs based on participation and feedback Staff Supervision Hire, train and supervise instructors/coaches Provide ongoing performance feedback and support Customer Experience Serve as a point of contact for FLAS Community Education staff Address questions, concerns and conflicts professionally Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment Qualifications Experience in ice skating, sports management, recreation or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Leadership and team management experience Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of skating techniques and safety standards preferred

Pay:

$36.50 per hour
