Local small-commercial printing and marketing firm seeks vibrant and creative individual responsible for day-to-day customer service, design, file preparation and digital output to color and B&W Xerox, HP, and Ricoh digital equipment. Bindery tasks to be completed as needed. 50% of responsibility is in project management/fulfillment and estimating. 50% will be in developing artwork and managing digital output. Activities include face-to-face client needs analysis, consultation, and processing.

Requirements:

1 year of Customer Service or print industry experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel) and the internet for research purposes Professional appearance, excellent written and verbal skills and a strong sense of urgency to get things done Strong attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines Ability to prioritize projects, work independently with minimal supervision and follow-up on tasks in a timely fashion Ability to maintain a out-going demeanor and work in a team environment Reliable and punctual Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds Must have reliable transportation

Position Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for providing excellent client communications, estimating and quoting orders, processing and order entry, design, production, meeting deadlines and ensuring all quality measures have been verified and confirmed. The CSR position requires both in-person and telephone communication with clients. Primary job function is to work with clients to understand and satisfy their printing, copying and other graphic-related needs. Essential Duties for the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Answers in-person, email, and telephone inquiries from clients and prospects and completes order or directs them to the appropriate sales team member. Responsible for acquiring all required information from clients and preparing estimates. Order entry into POS system (Printsmith) and manages orders through production and delivery to the clients to ensure complete satisfaction. Graphic Design Produce jobs using a variety of Digital Copy Machine and Presses, and bindery tasks as needed. Keeps up-to-date on job status on all active orders and addresses client and production inquiries in a timely manner. Provides customer service support for house accounts, as assigned.
