Job Description

Primary duty is to provide exceptional customer service through all banking channels. This includes in person, by telephone or on-line. Provide oversight, supervision and support to the Customer Care Representatives in this location. Open new deposit accounts, ensuring the customer receives the most appropriate account type for their needs. Promote bank products and assist customers with their banking needs. Other duties as assigned in the Internal Control Plan. Understand Bank products and services, policies, procedures and regulations according to this position. Responsible for security and loss prevention efforts according to this position.
