What You'll Do + Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments. + Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits. + Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly. + Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. + Work with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities. + Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
