JOB SUMMARY KIOTI
Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Customer Service Administrator (CSA) provides a high level of customer service to KIOTI personnel, KIOTI prospects and KIOTI dealers. The CSA will be expected to manage the dealer line and follow up with the transfer calls helping dealers with their inquiries. In addition, the CSA will help with Dealer Prospects and follow-up with Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and prospective Dealers. The CSR will be required to obtain documents and information to complete the application and approval process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Be able to effectively communicate by phone, email, and other written communication. Maintain a professional, positive manner when communicating with customers, dealer prospects, territory sales managers and dealers via phone, email, etc. Have administrative skills and able to manage time efficiently. Maintain knowledge of dealer development recruitment and application processes, forms and legal agreements Determine the quickest, most effective way to obtain required information and documents. Work with the Dealer development team and other departments to find solutions to resolve applications and approval questions. Work with our financial institution on dealer applications and follow-ups. Draft professional correspondence to dealer prospects, territory sales managers and dealers. Maintain a dealer prospect log with the TSMs and with the financial institution. Other administrative duties as required.
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred, or 5+ years' customer service experience. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn industry terms quickly with an aptitude for referencing mechanical information. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Have administrative skills and able to coordinate various tasks assign to them. Strong time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Working experience with database applications and data entry.
