We're Hiring! ???? I'm looking for an experienced Ocean Import Customer Service Manager for a full-time opportunity in the Bridgewater, NJ area.
The ideal candidate will bring:
???? 5+ years of Ocean Import / Freight Forwarding / NVOCC experience ???? 3+ years of team leadership/supervisory experience ???? Strong FCL/LCL and door-to-door shipment knowledge ???? Experience with customs clearance, documentation, carrier coordination, pricing/quoting, and tracking & tracing ???? CargoWise One experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the ocean import world inside and out and is ready to lead a team while providing outstanding customer service.
