Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington, is seeking a highly energetic and self-motivated Assistant Service Manager. The ASM is responsible for scheduling and selling all work for the assigned group to achieve its objective. The Assistant Service Manager directly controls the end result of the customer's overall service experience and prepares and completes all documentation related to the service transaction. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process Greet customers, identify their service and repair needs, and accurately document concerns Work closely with technicians to communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates Review recommended services and repairs with customers and obtain necessary approvals Build lasting customer relationships and help drive customer retention Prepare and review repair orders for accuracy Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and keep customers informed Help maximize service department performance while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience Work closely with Service Management and the technician team to keep a busy shop running efficiently Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns when needed

What You'll Need:

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
