As a Canna Coach, you will be a motivating guide, helping clients navigate their journey with cannabis products and holistic health practices. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire individuals to make informed choices, develop personalized care plans, and embrace healthier lifestyles. If you thrive on making a positive impact and enjoy teaching others, this role is perfect for you! Responsibilities Front line sales and customer service. Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey based on Canopy Canna Coach Training. Answer customer questions and concerns Process transactions through the dispensary point-of-sale system Provide an unparalleled customer experience. Ensure compliance to State law in all transactions. Meet and exceed sales goals. Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed.
• Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned. Conduct motivational interviewing sessions to understand clients' goals, preferences, and challenges related to cannabis use and overall wellness Educate clients on responsible cannabis consumption Experience Great sales skills and passion make for a great candidate. Previous cannabis sales experience preferred. Reliability, honesty and good communication skills are required. Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods and responsible consumption guidelines, and legal regulations is a plus Ability to learn product attributes carried in-store. Impeccable customer service skills Retail experience experience Ability and openness to learn new skills Minimum twenty-one (21) years of age Must possess a valid driver's license or government Identification (ID) Must pass all required background checks and receive a NJ-CRC Cannabis Workers Card. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
