This is a part-time, in-person position with opportunities for growth as our practice expands. Responsibilities  Welcome patients and create a warm, professional experience.  Answer phones, schedule appointments, and follow up with new client leads.  Assist with paperwork, records, scanning, and office organization.  Perform progress measurements and 3D body scans.  Prepare treatment rooms and clean Red Light Therapy pods to the highest standards.  Support the clinical team and help keep the office running smoothly. What We're Looking For  Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.  Friendly, professional, and confident communicator.  Takes initiative and works well in a fast-paced environment.  Learns quickly and enjoys helping others.  Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Requirements  Customer service, medical office, hospitality, front desk, or administrative experience preferred (not required).  Comfortable learning new technology.  Reliable transportation.  Available to work in person in Rockaway, NJ.
