Customer Relations Manager

Wine & Spirits (Bedford Hills, NY Westchester County) compensation: Salaried position commensurate with experience employment type: full-time Vine & Co.

is a destination retail wine and spirits store located in Northern Westchester County. We are seeking an individual to join our hard-working, sales driven and customer service oriented Team. The position of Customer Relations Manager is an opportunity for a retail professional to take on sales responsibilities on the sales floor while assisting in other key aspects of day to day operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest and knowledge base in wine and spirits, ability to work in a fast paced team environment, desire to deliver exceptional customer service, and be an excellent communicator with a positive, upbeat personality.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with existing Team Members to maintain operating procedures
Maintain existing customers while growing our base
Inventory management
Have opening/closing Key Carry responsibilities
45 hour work week (5 days per week, days would be dependent on staffing needs) Candidates for this position should:
Be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently (case of wine)
Be willing to work on days leading up to and on Major Holidays, SATURDAY/RARE

SUNDAYS AND NIGHTLY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Have minimum 2 years experience in Retail or other Customer Service industry, wine and spirits knowledge would be a huge plus!
Be 21 years of age or older
Have high energy for work in a fast paced environment
Be proficient with computers
Possess strong communication skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
