We are looking for a polished, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury high end environment. This role is more than answering phones—you'll be the first impression of our practice and play a key role in converting inquiries into loyal clients. Responsibilities Greet clients with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars. Follow up with leads and consultations to increase bookings. Educate clients on services, memberships, and treatment packages. Deliver an exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out. Process payments and maintain accurate client records. Support daily office operations and keep the front desk organized. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, or medical office experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend services and help convert consultations into bookings. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. MedSpa, aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury spa experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
