This is much more than a receptionist position—you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer while helping our business continue to grow. What You'll Do Customer Service Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule plumbing service appointments using our scheduling software. Respond to customer questions by phone, text, and email. Help customers understand our process and what to expect. Customer Follow-Up Contact customers regarding outstanding estimates. Follow up after completed jobs to ensure every customer is completely satisfied. Request Google reviews from happy customers. Help build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back. Marketing & Office Support During slower periods, you'll help us continue growing by: Assisting with social media content. Helping with email marketing campaigns. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information. Tracking estimate follow-ups and customer satisfaction. Assisting with various office and administrative projects. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive, professional attitude. Genuinely enjoys helping people. Is organized and detail-oriented. Communicates clearly and confidently. Learns new software quickly. Can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Takes initiative and looks for ways to improve the customer experience.
