Job Description

Job Summary At Renegade Health Center, we believe that the experience someone has when they walk through our doors is just as important as the care they receive. We're looking for an upbeat, personable, and hardworking individual who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making a difference in someone's day. Our front office is an active, people-focused environment where staying organized, taking initiative, and anticipating the needs of others are essential to keeping our office running smoothly. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to the workplace, takes initiative without being asked, and understands that every interaction matters. Someone who notices when a person needs help, supports their teammates, and looks for solutions rather than excuses. We believe adversity reveals character. What matters to us is how you respond when things get busy, plans change, or an unexpected challenge arises. We value people who remain composed, communicate respectfully, take ownership of their responsibilities, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. You don't need previous chiropractic, healthcare, or front desk experience to succeed here. We'll provide the training, guidance, and tools necessary to succeed. You bring the work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others. At Renegade, we take our work seriously, but we don't believe work has to feel like a chore. We enjoy what we do, support one another, and take pride in creating an environment where patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives on helping others, embraces challenges, and wants to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, we'd love to learn more about you.
