Responsibilities:

Warranty administration Manage appointment scheduling and service desk operations Process work orders, service invoices, and parts orders accurately Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status and inquiries Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure smooth workflow Maintain and update service records and customer databases Provide administrative support to Service Manager and team

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator in the automotive industry Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in software applications for processing warranty claims
