Job Description
Our growing logistics partner is seeking a Customer Service Representative with warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience to join their team. This position offers a unique rotating schedule that provides more time off than a traditional workweek. You'll work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next), averaging only 15 working days per month. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person regarding orders, shipments, and service requests Process customer orders, receipts, and related documentation Coordinate shipping activities and expedite urgent orders when necessary Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates Verify invoices and assist with billing-related inquiries Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to inventory, shipments, and service issues Serve as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and administrative teams Maintain customer files, records, and account-specific procedures Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties as needed Communicate customer feedback and requested account changes to management Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of customer service, warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively with customers, management, and team members in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
