Responsibilities Client Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Overseeing the issuance, renewal, and modification of insurance policies.

Claims Assistance:

Assisting clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Customer Service:

Addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.

Market Research:

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insurance solutions.
