Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our clients' digital marketing campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with their business goals. As a key liaison between clients and our creative team, you will drive campaign success through expert management of paid advertising, content creation, and web analytics. CLIENT SERVICE
Promptly addressing client concerns, building reliable relationships, and balancing effective strategies and tactical execution that deliver measurable outcomes that matter to the client's business. Setting reasonable expectations and continuously communicating progress toward goals and managing their budget to ensure the firm's profitability.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
You should have command of the best practices and trends in all things digital, SEO, development, content marketing, social media marketing and enjoy working with creatives and writers. You must also have played a key role in developing and launching websites. Manage and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM channels to maximize ROI. Develop and execute content strategies that include content creation, website management using WordPress and content management systems Review and understand keyword research and SEO audits using SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and enhance visibility as provided by our technical team. Implement conversion optimization techniques through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements. Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Oversee website updates and technical SEO implementations to ensure website health and performance. Coordinate paid advertising campaigns including paid search marketing, social media advertising campaigns.
Required Skills:
A BA/BS degree in Writing, Marketing, or Business Previous agency experience HubSpot experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with experience in website development, digital marketing strategy, and direct experience with WordPress. Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise in web design and digital marketing strategies, capable of leading clients toward innovative campaigns. Experience managing remote teams of graphic designers and developers across various time zones, with a commitment to daily communication. Proficiency in SEO reviews, analysis, content planning, and project management, aiming for excellent client results. Digital strategy skills are required. Strong analytical skills for conducting monthly KPI reviews to assess web client progress, challenges, and team productivity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eagerness to learn about clients' industries and needs. Ability to manage the lifecycle of multiple projects efficiently, with knowledge in using digital management tools like Buffer, Asana, Harvest, Moz, and Google Analytics. 1-3 years of professional marketing experience in an agency setting, with a proactive approach to task and schedule management is required Highly organized with a strong ability to anticipate and address potential roadblocks proactively. Detail-oriented with a preference for planning, consistency, and double-checking work. Openness to hands-on work in addition to delegation.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Canva, SquareSpace, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, or familiarity with inbound marketing methodology, content management, and social media management.
Highly Desired:
Familiarity with using Asana as a project management tool. Additional content writing skills are advantageous.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage assigned clients' web design/development projects and oversee ongoing content and social media marketing plans. Analyze client data, conduct regular meetings, and lead calls to review SEO outcomes and client objectives. Conduct the initial kick-off call to discuss the website's creative brief with the client. Lead weekly calls to gather client feedback and relay necessary adjustments to the web development team. Coordinate weekly tasks for team members, setting clear priorities to prevent overload. Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. Perform quality assurance testing on websites to guarantee functionality throughout the development process.
