Job Responsibilities:

Write high volume of repair orders on a daily basis Maintain the highest level of CSI in the district at all times Manage repair orders and shop workflow with Service Advisors and Management Ensure customer, warranty, and internal repair work is finished in a timely manner. Train and monitor Service Advisors with a focus on walk-around and sales. Assist Management in development of departmental goals and initiate the action to achieve them. Focus on creating excellent customer service to develop repeat, loyal customers Train, motivate, review, and manage staff for high-level performance Remain versed on all recalls, vehicle changes, factory bulletins, etc. Attend and complete regular training provided by dealership & factory Other responsibilities as needed Assistant Service Manager Qualifications required: MUST have 3 years of experience in the industry at a New Car Dealership. Rotating weekend hours as needed. Canidates without recent New Car Dealership experience need not apply. Valid driver's license and good driving record Apply in confidence today.
