Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Experience Coordinator to join our team and elevate the way we serve our clients. In this role, you will be the key driver of exceptional customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication. Tuesday, Friday every other Saturday average 12-20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and positive experience. Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to client inquiries. Manage daily laundry needs, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens. Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, protein balls, and other café offerings while maintaining food preparation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including treatment rooms, common areas, café spaces, and the front desk. Restock supplies, organize inventory, and assist with retail product displays. Support daily opening, closing, and general operational tasks. Assist team members with behind-the-scenes responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations. Take initiative in identifying tasks that need attention and maintaining a welcoming environment.
