Job Overview A veteran-owned gutter installation, repair and gutter-guard company serving Northwest Ohio is seeking a dependable and professional Estimator & Customer Service Coordinator. This full-time position combines customer communication, scheduling and field estimating. The employee will help guide customers from their initial call through the estimate, quote follow-up and job preparation process. We are looking for someone who wants more than just another job. Join a growing local company where your work has a visible impact Work independently while still being part of a supportive team Earn performance bonuses in addition to hourly pay Build skills that can lead to increased responsibility and future advancement Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionally throughout the scheduled workday Promptly return missed calls when driving or meeting with customers Respond to customer emails Enter customers and estimate requests into Jobber Schedule estimates and installation appointments Drive a company vehicle to customer properties Accurately measure gutter systems and identify necessary components Take and upload required property photos Complete estimator checklists Prepare quotes using established company pricing Submit quotes to management for approval Follow up on outstanding quotes Confirm appointments with customers Assist with inventory management Prepare material orders for management approval Maintain accurate customer and job information Communicate with owners, customers and installation crews Qualifications Excellent telephone and written communication Friendly, professional and patient with customers Dependable and available during scheduled working hours Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable learning our CRM and other online systems Ability to take accurate measurements and work outdoors Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Comfortable safely operating a company truck Customer service, sales, estimating, construction or home-service experience is preferred Gutter, roofing or exterior home-improvement experience is a plus Compensation and Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week $20-$23 per hour, based on experience Opportunity for a pay increase following a successful 90-day performance review Company vehicle and fuel provided for authorized business use Performance bonuses available for qualifying completed jobs

Pay:
