Our client, a well-established farm and construction equipment company in Okmulgee, OK, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily service department operations. This individual will be responsible for leading the service team, coordinating equipment repairs, managing warranty work, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm and/or construction equipment service, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage department operations efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

$55,000-$70,000 annually (DOE) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship. Lead, train, schedule, and support service technicians and department personnel. Coordinate equipment repairs, service schedules, and workflow to meet customer needs. Provide accurate repair estimates, service updates, and timelines to customers. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally in person, over the phone, and via email. Manage warranty claims, insurance documentation, and service records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with sales and other departments to coordinate equipment transfers, deliveries, and service needs. Assist with customer payment arrangements and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with store leadership to align service operations with overall business goals. Identify opportunities to improve department performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience with warranty work on farm and/or construction equipment is required. Prior experience managing a service department or leading a team of service technicians. Strong mechanical knowledge of agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and computer-based service management systems. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to safely operate forklifts and/or heavy equipment. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently. Why Apply?
