• Resolve day-to-day issues

• Improve processes and efficiency Qualifications Communication Skills Charismatic Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A confident leader who can hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Previous management experience is a plus, but not required
