The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and someone who naturally takes initiative. Training will be provided, so experience isn't required. Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee and client schedules
- Primary contact for team and clients
- Do client consultations and provide quotes
- Recruit, interview, and hire
- Monitor employee performance and maintain quality standard
- Give employees feedback
- Inventory management
- collaborate with owner on business growth
- Resolve day-to-day issues

- Improve processes and efficiency Qualifications Communication Skills Charismatic Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A confident leader who can hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Previous management experience is a plus, but not required
