This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service while building strong, long-term business relationships. Responsibilities:

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customer accounts Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and requests Coordinate with internal departments including production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities for growth Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product information to customers Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner Track key account metrics and provide regular updates to leadership Maintain accurate customer records within company systems Support business development initiatives and assist with identifying new opportunities

Qualifications:
