Many of our associates have started as Account Managers and progressed into management positions. About the Position We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, providing excellent service, and working toward goals. You will interact directly with customers, assist with deliveries and product setup, manage customer accounts, and learn the various responsibilities involved in operating a successful store. Successful employees will have opportunities to learn all areas of the business and develop toward future leadership and management roles. Key Responsibilities Deliver and professionally set up furniture, appliances, electronics, and other products in customers' homes. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable customer service. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and encourage customer loyalty. Communicate with customers regarding account status and timely payments. Work with customers to identify fair and practical solutions to account-related issues. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store environment. Assist with general store operations and daily maintenance. Learn and perform responsibilities across all areas of the store, including management functions. Work as part of a team to meet company goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to work a 40-hour workweek. Ability to work in person and perform delivery/setup responsibilities.
