Proactively engage service customers about upgrading their current vehicle Identify equity opportunities using dealership tools and CRM Educate customers on available incentives, trade-in values, and new vehicle options Schedule appointments for the Sales Team and follow up on leads Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program performance Collaborate with Service Advisors and Sales Managers to maximize conversions Deliver a friendly, professional experience that reflects Sparks Toyota's reputation

What You Bring:

Prior dealership, BDC, or sales experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence initiating conversations with service customers Ability to learn dealership systems and follow structured processes Positive, energetic personality with a team-first mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please upload your resume.
