Job Summary The Service Coordinator is the central point of contact for scheduling and coordinating field service calls across Bankpak's service area. This role ensures technicians are dispatched efficiently, customers stay informed throughout the service process, and service records are accurate and complete to support billing and reporting. Key Responsibilities Acts as the first point of contact for service requests Manages the service email inbox and creates service calls Schedules and dispatches technicians to service calls Tracks open work orders and ensures timely completion Maintains customer communication throughout the service process Supports managers and technicians with documentation and reports Qualifications 5 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or service coordination (preferred) Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable learning and using business software Able to stay calm and solutions-focused when handling urgent customer needs

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
