We are seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager & Comfort Advisor to spearhead our residential service operations and drive replacement sales. In this dual-focus role, you will split your time between mentoring our field technicians to deliver exceptional service and conducting in-home consultations to provide homeowners with tailored heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Service Management Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of residential HVAC service technicians to meet daily performance goals. Review field service reports and use a "traffic light" coaching system to help technicians identify system vulnerabilities and upsell opportunities. Enforce a high standard of customer service , stepping in to resolve complex customer issues or complaints with empathy and speed. Conduct weekly team meetings focusing on safety, technical training, customer handling, and ethical practices. Comfort Advisory & Sales Conduct in-home consultations for pre-qualified appointments, evaluating residential HVAC systems and understanding homeowners' comfort needs. Design and present tailored replacement options , highlighting efficiency upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and clear financing choices. Perform detailed heat load calculations to ensure proper system sizing and design accuracy. Collaborate with the installation team to guarantee a seamless transition from the initial sale to a high-quality job completion. Job RequirementsAttributeRequirement Experience 3+ years of residential HVAC sales or service management experience Technical Skill Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, system design, and load calculations Sales Approach Proven track record in consultative, solution-based, in-home sales LicensingValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Screening Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening Mindset Customer-first attitude with excellent communication and listening skills

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
