Key Responsibilities

Answering a high volume of calls on a multi-line system
Answering a high volume of texts, emails, social media messages
Managing and coordinating efficient bookings
Handling client & customer inquiries
Stocking retail area
Ensure cash float is balanced
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Greet & guide clients as they arrive
Desire to provide phenomenal Guest Experiences
Providing customized spray tan services with additional commission earned on each service performed Personal Attitudes Outstanding people skills Guest service oriented Attention to detail and standards Self Starter Neat and professional appearance Team player
