As a Client Care Manager with FirstLight, you'll work closely with caregivers and clients to establish quality and caring services. You will manage all areas of organizational operations, supervise client services and caregivers, and directly interface with clients and family members. Fair, competitive pay What You'll Do Conduct care consultations with prospective clients and families Manage the client intake process Own and manage the caregiver schedule to ensure all client shifts are fully staffed at all times Respond quickly to call-outs, emergencies, and schedule gaps, including finding coverage on short notice Ensure no missed shifts by proactively confirming coverage and resolving conflicts before they occur Facilitate client/caregiver introductions with every new client and with every new caregiver Perform initial and ongoing in-home evaluations Oversee the hiring process for caregivers and manage orientation/onboarding Work closely with caregivers to provide support, coaching and ongoing caregiver training Step in to provide direct care coverage when needed to ensure continuity of service (including short-notice situations) Why You'll Be a Great Fit You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two (2) years related home health care/private duty care experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current and active CNA Certification Previous, successful management experience required You're a natural leader with caring and respectful interpersonal skills You are a good listener with excellent communication skills You make it your mission to find solutions to any problems you encounter Others say you have an upbeat, positive attitude Happiness, laughter and having fun are important to you You bring a solutions-first mindset and maintain a positive, team oriented attitude even in high pressure, challenging situations.
