As a Client Care Manager with FirstLight, you'll work closely with caregivers and clients to establish quality and caring services. You will manage all areas of organizational operations, supervise client services and caregivers, and directly interface with clients and family members. Your energy and proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace culture while maintaining smooth daily operations. Success in this role requires:
A willingness to step in and solve problems, especially when schedules change or issues arise unexpectedly Availability to support urgent client or caregiver needs outside of standard business hours when necessary A high level of ownership and accountability. You don't wait to be told what to do. Comfort wearing multiple hats and helping wherever needed.
