Job Summary:

Work associated with his position involves maintaining the highest integrity of the customer data and the security of customer information. Supporting customers on a one-on-one basis, maintaining customer satisfaction levels to secure long-term customer loyalty. Responsible for completing customer ValuCard requests, assisting customers with ValuCard, digital coupons, Food City mobile applications, and Food City online account inquiries.

Essential Job Functions:

Update To-Do list in Teams (weekly) Answering telephones (daily) Responding to customer emails (daily) Update Loyalty Marketing Department with customer service items that are pending (weekly) Document all customer communication into customer service management tool (daily) Sort department mail (weekly) Create labels/Mail ValuCards (daily) Process ValuCard applications (weekly) Mail Kids Club Birthday Cards (as needed) ValuCard Data Cleanup (as needed) Update ValuCard Coordinator Policy & Procedures (as needed) Provide assistance to the Loyalty Marketing Department (as needed) Document and provide updates of ValuCard supplies and inventory (weekly) Assist with store-level customer service issues (as needed) Other duties as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED, required; some college/Bachelors degree, preferred Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times Ability to type with speed and accuracy Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interactions with various levels of individuals on a daily basis Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as additional time as needed to fulfill job duties Benefits of working for
